Donations & Sponsorship Request

Outlet at San Clemente welcomes requests for charitable donations, with preferred priority given to organizations in Orange County. Before submitting your request below, kindly review the following requirements:

• Upload an official written request letter on the organization’s letterhead with background on the organization, event details and deadline for participation.
• Eligible organizations must be currently registered under 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
• Requests must be submitted using the online form below.
• Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
